When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the message and topic you choose, and, if you provide them, your company or pharmacy name and phone number. When you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of the request. We use this only to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website.

Cookies. This website does not use cookies for advertising or analytics, and we do not track you across other websites.

Please do not send us sensitive personal data, such as health or medical information about yourself or others, through the contact form or by email.

3. How we use your information

• Resend delivers contact form submissions to our inbox by email.
• Google (Gmail) provides the email inbox where we receive and answer enquiries.
• Google Maps and Google Fonts display the office map and the fonts used on this website; your browser connects to Google to load them, which shares your IP address with Google.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies. Some of them may store or process data outside India. We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond to you and for our reasonable business records, after which we delete them. Technical logs kept by our hosting provider are retained for a limited period, typically up to 30 days, and then deleted automatically.

6. How we protect it

The website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and contact form submissions are sent over encrypted connections to our service providers. Access to enquiries is limited to people who need it to respond. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
